Sarah Schepman, Founder
Sarah Schepman has over 20 years of experience in designing, developing, delivering, and evaluating staff, management, and leadership development programs to a diverse range of companies and organizations across different industries. She started her career in learning and development at an architecture and engineering firm before working for a large university hospital with nearly 23,000 employees, where she launched a very successful management training program. Sarah then did a short stint in elementary education teaching first, fifth, and sixth graders before going back to the world of adult education and training teachers all across the country for a very large and well known educational publishing company.
After working in educational publishing and technology as the Director of Professional Development for 10 years, Sarah worked for a non-profit organization and along with her team, launched a leadership development program before founding Elevate. Sarah is driven by the deeply held belief in the value of professional learning and coaching and the profound impact it can have on organizational achievement and employee well-being. She is committed to helping her clients leverage the full potential of their most valuable asset—their people—to achieve the best business outcomes. Above all, she loves helping people become the best versions of themselves and tap into their individual gifts.
Sarah holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and a Master's Degree in Adult Education with an emphasis in Teaching & Learning. She has an elementary teaching license and holds many certifications, including: Extended DISC®; Success Signals Communication Styles; Crucial Conversations for Mastering Dialogue; Crucial Accountability; and RESOLVE interest-based negotiation and conflict resolution. She is a formally trained Coach through the Coaching Academy For Leaders and will be obtaining her ICF Coaching Certification in 2025.
